HOW DO I GET TO HEATHROW? Heathrow is a veritable hub for our often lamented integrated public transport system, and Transport For London has a great website to help you plan your journey. The following services can deliver you, your party and your luggage to Heathrow airport's Terminal One:London Underground – take the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow Terminal 1 Heathrow Express – The fast Heathrow Express train runs directly from London Paddington to Heathrow Central (from which you can access Terminal 1) every 15 minutes and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Standard single fare is £16.50, return £32. Heathrow Connect – This service travels from London Paddington to Heathrow Central (for Terminal 1) stopping at several stations in southwest London. Trains run every 30 minutes and the journey from London Paddington takes 25 minutes and costs £6.90 for a single fare. Buses – The following bus services operate out of Heathrow's central bus station (accessible from Terminal 1): 105, 111, 140, 285, 555, A10, N9, U3, X26, 75, 76, 441, 274, A40. Hoppa Bus - A pick-up service can take you directly to Terminal One from most local Heathrow hotels including the Hilton and the Holiday Inn.
